Building a vendor bench clients remember
Clients remember the agent who solved a problem before it became one. A painter who arrives on schedule, an attorney who returns calls, a mover who treats a collection with care: each introduction is a reflection of you.
Start with the people we trust
The NJLRE Vendor Directory lists 478 professionals across 93 categories. Every name has been vetted through firsthand experience, and no one pays to be included. Search by company, contact or service, or filter by group to see every category at once.
Introduce, do not just forward
A warm introduction carries more weight than a phone number. Send a short note to both parties explaining the project, the timing and why you thought of them. Copy yourself so you can follow up.
Offer more than one name
For larger projects, suggest two or three options and let the client choose. It respects their judgment and keeps you out of the middle if expectations shift. Remind clients to confirm licensing, insurance and pricing directly with each provider.
Close the loop
After the work is done, ask how it went. If a vendor exceeded expectations, or fell short, tell our office at info@njlre.com so the directory stays worthy of the trust our clients place in it.
